it has been a while since i last posted, but not a lot have happened since then. School is going good. I have my topics narrowed down somewhat for my papers this year. I am writing one on the mixtecs and their use of sacrficing in their religion and ritual. My thesis topic is going to be along the line of the immigration of chinese and japanese to california in the latter half of the 19th century. i have been busy researching and figuring out more precise topics. my bday was last week. i am now 22. i just got back from the weekend in longview. it was a wonderful time. I saw melissa and paul finally get married. it was a great wedding. I also was able to spend some time with lisa and kyle. I also was able to attend FBC while i was there. this weekend got me to thinking that i would really like to move back to that area when i am done here.
